During the ABCinvoice.eu registration process, you may encounter an error if your company is already registered on Peppol through another service provider.
We will contact you to complete the procedure together, but here are the steps for the most common operators.

Log in to your account: Access your Doccle account via a browser or the mobile app.
Locate the Peppol connection: Go to the “Connections” or “Links” section of your account.
Remove the connection: Find the Peppol connection and click the three-dot icon (or the delete option) to deactivate or remove it.
Contact support if needed:
If the option is not visible, contact Doccle’s customer service (community@doccle.be) so they can help you complete the deregistration.
Qonto
Go to the Settings section of your Qonto account.
Select Customize Regate or a similar option linked to invoice management settings.
Locate the e-invoicing module or the relevant feature.
Disable the module:
If the module is billed monthly, you can cancel it at any time.
If it is an annual subscription, cancellation is possible, but no refund will be provided, according to Qonto’s terms.
Cancel or modify invoices:
Important: You cannot delete or modify an already issued invoice due to legal traceability and compliance requirements.
If an invoice is unpaid, cancel it by creating a credit note from the menu: Invoices > Customer invoices.
If the invoice has already been paid or you need to correct it, issue a corrective invoice.
This corrective invoice must explicitly state that it “cancels and replaces” the previous invoice and must include all corrective information.
