1. How do I create my account?

  • Click the registration link

  • Enter your email address and choose a password.

  • Confirm your account by clicking the link in the confirmation email.

    (Not received? Check your Spam or Junk folder.)


2. What company information do I need to provide?

You will be asked to fill in:

  • Company name

  • Address

  • Company number / VAT number


3. When do I choose a subscription plan?

During setup, select the plan that suits your needs and proceed with payment.

Promo codes available:

  • WELCOME20 – 20% off annual plans

  • WELCOME6 – 6 months free on the ABC Personal plan


4. How do I customise my profile?

In the Settings menu:

  • Upload your company logo

  • Upload an official document (company register extract, certificate, etc.) for identity verification


5. How do I activate electronic invoice reception?

You need to:

  • Activate your PEPPOL account

  • Enable electronic invoice reception in your ABCinvoice.eu account


6. When is my account fully activated?

After our team verifies your information, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then use all features of ABCinvoice.eu: issue, receive, and manage electronic invoices.
